I have a lifelong love of programming and using computer software. I hold a M.S. in Computer Science and MBA IT from Stanford University. I have also worked for many years as a programmer, data analyst, teacher, manager and mentor in high tech companies including Bell Labs, Novell and 21 years at Hewlett Packard. I also love to explore the latest computer languages and technologies and to share the joy of learning. I have helped middle school, high school and college students in north and central NJ with specific class assignments as well as teaching general topics such as Intro to Programming.
I have been teaching private lessons since 2001 and I am currently available to teach lessons online or in my office. As a professor , I have helped students in a number of computer science and math oriented areas including standardizes tests, as well as helping them have the confidence to overcome struggles with difficult subjects.Â
I believe that learning should be fun and engaging, and that no one perfect method exists to teach all students. During our lessons I try to take note of whats working and whats not, and when I find types of examples that work, I keep using them to help you accelerate your learning .
