Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund, you must fulfill the following conditions with no exceptions:
- Undelivered services
- Services delivered past the agreed due date
- A mistake in payment, like a double payment
- Major defects with our services
- Downloading issues
- Products and services are not as described
To complete your refund, you must submit a proof of purchase, such as a receipt, confirmation email, financial statement, and online tax invoice etc. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted – if applicable, such as when you are halfway into the tutorial and you do not need the tutor’s services anymore.
Whatever payments that you have made for access to our services will be inherently ultimate. For refunds or returns, all these will have to be submitted through requests to our payment department or simply click on Dispute Option available under your purchased item. Once request is received, we will notify you of our review process via email, after submitting dispute request, you can communicate with relevant tutor or Moderator. We will also notify in case of approval or rejection of the refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have yet to receive refunds on the date we have promised, you should first inspect your bank account first. It may be possible that the funds have been directed into your bank account, rather than your online account. Once you are certain that the amount remains the same, you must contact your bank, for it may occasionally take a couple of days for the update to be posted on your account balance. After all these, and you notice that refunds have not been credited, make haste to reach out to Sobtell.com. We will check your refund status and get back to you as soon as possible.

If the downloaded product and/or service are not compatible with certain plugins or widgets on your computer, we are not accountable for it and we will not grant refunds for such circumstances.
