Both loud speakers of a stereo hi-fi system are sending out, in phase, a pure frequency of 500 Hz. A listener, originally equidistant from the speakers, moves to one side until the note fades to a minimum loudness. If he is 3.0m from the closer speaker, how far is he from the farther one?
