Need Help on My System Engineering Project - System Specification Requirements

I'm working on my project titled " RFID tags with phone applications" and I already finished doing the scope and the system specification requirements which will be attached below. I just need a little help on these four things:


1- I need detailed explanation about the system and operational requirements (functional and non-functional)

2- brief explanation about the functional flow block diagram. (diagram is attached)

3- brief explanation about assumptions made.

4- create an index of the file information. (file is attached)
