(I don't understand what is the difference between speed of 46.6m/s and transverse speed 2m/s. Is transverse speed phase speed?)
(I use y=Asin(kx+wt+phi) because it travels along negative x-axis)
(when t=0, x=0. I think y=Asin(phi)=2.98cm v=dy/dt=Awcos(phi)=2 and I use w=2pi/T)
(then I got tan phi=0.0298*600pi/2======>phi= tan -1 (0.0298*600pi*180/2)
However, my answer is wrong, I dont know what is my problem.
