write brochure

read the draft 2 ,and write brochure, there are requirement.

Requirement

1,Create a two page brochure 11" wide x 8.5" tall (landscape orientation) containing six panels, in which you repurpose research information and address the main points of your proposal as a leave behind for your presentation. One panel should contain contact information. Consider margins, gutters, and folds.

Use Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, Proximity and include project unifying factors.

Chunk information using a balance of the most impactful information as you decide what to include and what not to include.

Generally, short narrative paragraphs is the format used with brochures (and some websites), with bulleted lists, charts, graphics, etc.

Make sure you take into consideration the logical sequence and order in which your document will be read.

you will be repurposing your research information for use in a brochure and a presentation (slides). Both of these documents require different formatting than your proposal report, and from each other. It will be up to you to determine what to include and what to leave out, the hierarchy of the information, and the importance of specific elements to your audience (BWC 55-56).

As discussed in your reading (NDDB, Chapter 8), one panel (inside flap) is always shorter, but there is no need to worry about that exact dimension for this project. My main concern is that you choose to include the content that will make the impact you want for your audience and that you arrange it in a logical order (viewing as they open it, and for overall understanding).

Be sure to view the slides in the Resources tab named Visuals.pdf, so that you can revisit the lesson on Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, and Proximity. Some of you may also think back to your cover letter, and to what you thought were the key points during that assignment.

2,Use Contrast, Repetition, Alignment, Proximity and Color.

Chunk information using a balance of the most impactful information as you decide what to include and what not to include.

Make sure you take into consideration the logical sequence and order in which your slides will be presented.

Generally, the bullet point format (talking points), is used for presentations, as the speaker will elaborate while presenting.

in that you will be repurposing your research information for use in a presentation (slides). Both of these documents require different formatting than your proposal report, and from each other. It will be up to you to determine what to include and what to leave out, the hierarchy of the information, and the importance of specific elements to your audience (BWC 55-56, 242-248). As an example, in the Jennifer Granholm video of her presentation, she stated her credentials first, which is different from our written proposals in which we added them to the end. This is just an example of how information is shifted in a presentation. Although, no personal information will be included in our slides.

3.Then answer

A feasibility report presents evidence about the practicality of a proposed project based on certain criteria (BWC 143). Based on what you have found throughout your research; would your proposal pass a feasibility study? Now that you have anticipated its outcome; what criteria might support/hinder the chance for its success?
