That was my proposal that my professor wanted to be like this way, but the final paper is going to be an APA format like the other research papers: introduction, thesis, research finding, conclusion, and references and you don’t have to write them as a subtitles. So, my professor’s comment was this: Great topic. What data will you seek in your research? Are there documented cases of unethical decision making? If it's based solely on religion, there may not be enough hard data for an eight pages paper. I'm not opposed...just want to be sure you don't struggle in the middle to finish
So, please take the professor’s comment in mind and try to not focus on religion if you didn’t find good information about it. Please, feel free to ask me any questions if you have.

Genetic Testing Ethical Issues
Â
Genetic testing is a series of molecular analysis of human nucleic acids (RNA and DNA). It is used as a tool in health care to detect the various genes that are associated with a particular condition or disease. It is also used in an elaborate and detailed studying and quantitative traits such diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer (El Shanti et. al, 2015).
Â
I will be focusing on my paper about genetic testing in the Arab world and the US country, and how it leads to ethical and legal issues, the perspective of Islamic on genetic testing, and genomic analysis and genome projects on genetic testing. I will also be focusing on the three federal agencies in the US: Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), that play a role in the genetic tests’ regulation.

Â
This article provides information about genetic testing and how it sometimes leads to ethical issues. They described how limitations of genetic testing might result in ethical issue by limiting predictive value or undetermined all the potential gene mutations that cause a particular condition. Sometimes, genetic tests might not provide all the information that families want, and they consider it as an issue.

Â
This article describes what genetic tests mean, and focuses more on the legislations and regulations of genetic testing in the Arab world, focusing on Qatar and Saudi Arabia. It has information about the Islamic perspective on genetic testing and genomic analysis. Both Qatar and Saudi Arabia commenced genome projects to provide information for better treatment, diagnosis, prevention of diseases, and to recognize personalized medicine by thousands of samples. Of course, this genome project is a series of relevant legal, social, and ethical issues, related to the population structure and the Islamic perspective on it.
