Based on all the information you have collected on the County Fair you now need to put together a presentation for the Mayor's office to sell them on your committee's ideas for the fair.

Complete the report for the Mayor’s office that includes:

  1. A map of the space
  2. A flyer advertising the fair that will include dates, times, events, prices, and anything else exciting. It should be digitally developed and be colorful, exciting, and interesting.
  3. A one page overview of projected income and costs
  4. An information and cost sheet for prospective vendors

  1. Go back through all of the work that you have completed this far.
  2. Complete an Internet search on county fairs to see what others have done (All work, however, must be original)

Plan a presentation for the class. You will be presenting this in your team.
