I need you to write a three to four page paper in response to Rhinoceros. The paper will be broken down into three sections. The first section will be your overall responses to the composition of theatrical element. this includes the set, costumes, props, and sound. What was your first impression as you walked into the theater? what kind of atmosphere was evoked? Did the various elements work well together? and did they support the themes of the play? Discuss specifically a few of those elements.

The second section will be your response to the acting. Is there an actor that stood out to you? Why? Consider the nature and clarity of the physical choices, the actor's imagination and commitment and her connection to other actors and the objects and environment. Give specific examples.

The third section will be an overview of your personal responses to the theatrical event. This section of the paper may include- but is not limited to- following Questions:

Did the subject matter interest you?

Did the performance introduce you to new ideas? Consider the content and from when answering this Question.

Did the production engage you intellectually or emotionally? if so. how?

How did you feel walking out of the theater?

What do you remember most?

What image or moments from the performance have stayed with you?
