It's for MGT175 (BUSINESS ORGANIZATION AND MGT). Its topic is on "Will Smith" based on a video called http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zPE51_K1aio from "60 minutes". The Essay must include an introduction, body, and conclusion, and address all questions. Use references to the textbook or other resources as necessary to support the essay.
