Can anyone answer these questions thoroughly and plagiarism free?

Please answer the following question in essay format. Remember to cite any references that are not yours. You can use footnotes or MLA in-text citations (author, page) format and a works cited page is required.  Please proofread for spelling, grammar and punctuation errors . 2 or more pages long, but less than 6 (not including works cited page), 12-pt font and double-spaced.

Grading will be based on the following below.....

-  Did you answer the question(s) correctly?

-  Your answer must be between 500 – 1000 words; if you have an answer fewer than 500 words, you have not provided enough explanation and/or supporting information.

-  Did you use the book or lecture slides to answer the question? Did you use external sources? Cite all sources in MLA format with in-text and a works cited page. You will lose 5 points if you do not have a works cited page.

-  Have you proofread for errors? I will deduct points for each error.

-  Did you turn in on time?

Essay questions – answer both of them:

1.  Explain (1) what Judicial Review is, (2) why it is important to our government, (3) what the review process may provide to citizens of the United States. Finally, in your answer discuss the process a court case makes from the lowest level to the highest level in the Judicial Review process. Be specific in the process as outlined in your textbook – citing pages would be beneficial.

2.  (1) select one landmark Supreme Court case that addresses either a right or liberty. Explain what the right or liberty is and (2) describe any other cases that your selection has changed or overturned. For example, Plessy v. Ferguson enabled the south to practice “separate but equal” laws in public spaces. This was later overturned by Brown v. Board of Education. To be eligible for all 25 points, you must select a case, describe how it relates to a right or liberty and then select a second case that came later and changed the initial ruling. You must briefly explain the rationale for the change.
