Use your numbers to calculate
1a) probability that randomly taken one candy is blue or red: P (B or R)
1b) probability that out of randomly taken 2 candies from the jar
first candy will be Red and second candy will be Red again: P(first R and second Red).
Keep in mind that in case b), after you take the first candy, there will be one less candies in the box.
