  2. Provide an estimate of the total annual earnings for 2000.
  3. What is your gender
  4. What is your year of birth
  5. What is your racial background: American Indian, Asian, Black, Native Hawaiian, White
  6. Current marital status : Now married, Widowed or divorced, never married
  7. Length of program: Less that 3 months, 3 - 8 months, 9 months or more

8. How would you describe your feeling about your job: extremely satisfied, moderately satisfied, neither satisfied or dissatisfied

9. Did you reside in the same city on March 22, 2000 and on March 22, 1999.

10. Which category best describes how much income you made in 2000: $15,000 or less

$ 15,001 - 25,000

$25,001 - 35,000

$35,001 - 50,000

$50,001 - 75,000

I have to list nominal, ordinal, ratio or interval and the reason why?

Thanks,
