Background:

Textbook: Chapter 5 in Elementary Linear Algebra by Larson 8e.

Overview of Chapter:

Inner product spaces, or orthogonality, is when you have two vectors in a vector space (with a scalar product) if their scalar product is equal to zero. In this module, you will be working with scalar products and some applications that utilize them, orthogonal subspaces and polynomials, orthonormal sets, inner product spaces, and solving questions using least squares and the Gram-Schmidt orthogonalization processes.
