One of our customer, RA Telco has just opened its 2nd location.

At the clinic, they perform outpatient visits and all the billing and medical information is done electronically. The custom software they use was developed by a small software firm TEKI located in Chicago.

That software has been in production for several years at their main Oak Park site and functioning well. It does all the patient management, billing, insurance processing and medical records.

The application is client/server based and a “fat” client (built by TEKI) is installed at each PC and it communicates to a windows SQL server that stores all the information in a local MS SQL 2008 database (also developed by TEKI)

SICK has opened a new clinic in New York City and has ordered MPLS services between the 2 location via local T1 loops and uses the world famous RA Telco as its providers.

To support New York operations, an identical client/server infrastructure was implemented in NY and it is also working fine locally in NY.

In a typical “query” for a customer, the medical billing agent will enter the last name or customer number in a form and be provided with the basic customer information which includes:
