If an airplane is moving at velocity v , the drag D (in N ) on the plane is D = a v 2 + b
If an airplane is moving at velocity  v , the drag  D (in N ) on the plane is D = a v 2 + b v 2 , where a = 5. [ a ] 0 × 10^− 3  and b = 3.0 [ e ] × 10^ 8  .
Find the value(s) of  v (in km/h), for which the drag is the least. Round the answer to one decimal place.
Example: if [ a ] = 4 , then 5. [ a ] 0 = 5.40 , and if [ e ] = 8 , then b = 3.0[e] =3.08
