Find the values of x and y using the givenchord,secant, and tangent lengths.

Three line segments originate from a point outside of two circles and intersect the circles on their perimeters. The circles share a common point between them and the circle on the left is smaller than the circle on the right. The first line falls from right to left, and intersects the smaller circle at two points. The length of the line segment in the circle is y and the length of the line segment outside the circle is 9. The second line falls slightly from left to right, and intersect the circles at their common point. The length of the line is x. The third line falls from left to right and intersects the larger circle at two points.
