I have a saying that discipline equals freedom. The more disciplined you are with your time and the management of that time the more freedom you have to do the things you enjoy. I usually fall asleep around 11 pm an get up between 4:30 and 5 am. I get after it (hitting the gym) then I start the work day with vitality and enthusiasm. I’m the first one in the office and the last one to leave. I also set my goals for tomorrow before the current day is over. I write those tasks down and a map to achieve those goals. One of the most important things I do for my mangers is have them to a time management audit for their day and evaluate how it can improve and ways everyone can help to accomplish more things in the day. When a door closes don’t just look for another door to open, break that door down.
