Identifying time series model

Question description

 

I have got an orginal data and after a log transformation and differenced at lag 12 and lag 1, I plot the below acf and pacf using language R. How should I exactly find what model fit best? At least what's the possible model these two plots indicate? should I use an AR/ MA model or ARMA/SARMA model, if it is a SARMA model, how to identify the p, d, q, P,D,Q ?
