Traditionally, women's place used to be in the home. Since husbands were the breadwinners, women usually did not work. Being a housewife, simply caring for children, cooking, cleaning, and making a peaceful haven for the hard worker husband who brought home some vegetables at the end of the long day was the most important things for most women in the past. Men had been working for difficult work in the towns and cities. They moved from job to job just following a wage. In that time, economics and war in the United States dictated the women to work. The entry of women into the workforce was during the World War in 1914, when all men who held factory and labor jobs went off to fight, many positions had to be filled. K. Brown (personal communication, December, 2015) said that her father went to fight in World War two. At that time, her mother had nothing to feed her and her brother. After that her mother started to work at the factory in order save them to survive and take care of them.Even though War timewas the hardest time ever, women started to work at the hard time.They left their home and family for a long day in order to make money and save their life.Many women achieved prosperity through the difficult circumstances. What happened after men return from war? Government and media started to encourage women to bring out their freedom because worker were needed.According

to Santa, "During the Second World War, women confirmed that they could do men’ work and do it good”. (2015). some women placed their career and were generally able to make more money.  Most women kept their work after men came back from the war. Although women have made successful development in many careers, women have been in lower job levels in businesses.  Many companies don’t want to hire women in businesses because

they think it is the men’s jobs and women are too weak to hold a high position job.


According to Santa, “women can be great bosses in small businesses” (2010).Businesses should hire women in position of the authority because of their emotional intelligence and communication skills which makes them more effective than men.

First and foremost, it is common sense that an intelligence is important in business. People spend a lot of money in education because they believe smart people always make smart development. In fact, the most important needs in business is the emotional intelligence or emotional quotient.It means empathy and how to deal sensitively with

other people. This quality is likely seen in women more than men.Emotional intelligence is the women's ability to identify their emotion and other people emotion. Though understanding bosses emotion is one of the most complex challenges, it is the women's unique skills.  According to Brad & Greaves, “emotional intelligence is the people ability to recognize and understand their emotions and other people emotional” (2015).

Why EQ is important for bosses in businesses?EQ makes bosses curious about the new employee they don’t know. For instance, if the bosses naturally love to meet and ask people a lot of questions after they have been introduced to someone, they will have a high degree of empathy about their worker.Knowing many things about worker and being close to them is the main motif of emotional intelligence that can help bosses to identify the

strength and weakness of their employees.Furthermore, bosses can expect how successful the work will be in the future because they analyze how to work effectively with this framing.   Also, they can guess about the opportunity of problems in the future even small issues and they know exactly what to do with it.So, women can recognize small problem and they always try to make sure their solution will not affect or close on their team work


when they try to solve it.Recognition emotions is the most substantial skill to the job achievement than other leadership skills.Female with a high degree of emotional intelligence can make the workplace a better place to work in. Women bosses believe that after they know their employees and put them in ease, employees will give more and feel valued.  According to  Worrall, “women are innately emotional creatures.So, we influence the emotions of those around us” (2013).

More significantly, while men don't like to listen for a long time when they communicate, women tend to listen to their employee.According to Leahy, “men think that the important reason for communication is to share facts that can be used for problem to solve, and sharing feelings will not solve problem” (2011).Most employees want to tell their opinion to someone who can hear them when they emphasize their point of view.

Also, women build cooperative relationships more successfully than traditional men managers.  One the other hand, men like to tell their employees what they want them to do directly.

“a lot of worker finds that when people get burned out they are actually not feeling caring and compassion is just another load on top of them”(Derenne,2014 par2). Women tend to communicate with their workers by listen to the workers point carefully rather than give direct orders. Moreover, even if women argue in some situation, they use their passion in the workplace.

Female bosses inclined to provide regular feedback in order to help their employees to achieve their development goals. That led through the impact which comes from building collaboration rather than straight force or all out to take action too soon.According to


Helm rich, “when you share your staff in decision doing in an effort to create a good workplace, they feel valued.”(2015).Because women wait longer for the coveted result, they always willing to accept change and they have open eye to change factors.For example, if women bosses have issues to solve, they look at the details of it and they make sure to have an argument plan in advance and generate support. So, their passion will not take other employees by surprise.Knowing workers emotional can give a lot of details that explained their strength and weakness which let the boss's opportunity to know the length of successful work they will have. Nevertheless, men are just care about the general picture. In addition, women are more acute about knowing how to activate passion with their employees. They believe that builds sincerity to motivate their employees.Workers who have loyalty are passionate about their product, service, and company they work in.

Women bosses surpass men managers in providing positive feedback that helps employees to have the power of positive reinforcement.According to Fitch and Agrawal, “there are many highly successful women and men managers, female managers do have a slight advantage when it comes to engagement. And it's an advantage leaders should consider when deciding whom to name manager” (2015).Female in general like to use their natural talents which help them to build their confidence.Passion is the little light in the darkness which make business easy to handle.

Most significantly, woman's body language can impact their business success.Body language reaches more than half people massages in many reciprocity.Women in business like to give workers space when they have conversation with them.They usually plant

their feet about six to eight inches apart in front of others.For example,if women


manager want to talk with their employee, they use this rang of space.So, employee will not feel confounded.  As a result, the employee will feel free to talk with their bosses without avoiding any conversation in the future.Moreover, since men have a naturally strong grip, men’s shake hand is completely different that women hands shake.Women don't usually have a strong and hard handshake.So, that can empower a relationship in business and help them to build strong business immensely.Found that people react to those with whom they shake hands by being more open and friendly.Goma said, “Women handshake is more open and friendly in business” (2013). In addition, not only does shake hand have a good effect on successful business but also eye contact has the same effect on business.  Eye contact can make perfect way to understand what the other people are really saying verbally.   Also, eye contact plays a big part in conveying people interest to other and it gives bosses a clear image about when the eyes say on things and on the tongue say another.  For example, if women look at someone's eyes while they talk it means that they are paying attention and listening to other people. Female bosses use eye contact to get their employee attention through the conversation.Even though, women use eye contact

as an important part of body language, they don't make other people feel uncomfortable by looking to another as a gaze. Women believe that after they listen to their employee carefully with the direct eye contact, they can create a powerful listener that have positive impression about their bosses.According to Brett & Kate, “eye contact will be effect. So, it needs to be welcome and appropriate. When eye contact is unwanted, it goes from gazing

to staring, and being stared at makes people uncomfortable” (2012).


Critic people may say women can't cope with the washout as well as men and give up too easily because they are more sensitive than men. Also, female are not as good as good as men in some jobs. So, the more sensitive women have the lees success they make. In other words, if women try to be like a man manger they become aggressive and they don’t feel convenient as well. That is what make them tend to personal engaged and handle businesses on a personal level.So, many companies refuse to hire women as bosses because they believe women will not be able to improve their work, since they have a high degree of sensitive. Businesses need strong managers in order to keep successful work and solve work issues with the ability to try over and over without give up. In other words, female can't insistence and try multiple times to solve problem that which could be the worst effect on the work. For sure this is the hard things many women struggle with for a long period of time until the recent time. On the contrary, insistence doesn't seem challenges for men because they can keep up even with the hardest kind of problems. However, Kindness and sensitive that associated with women are more likely to do well in businesses. According to Larissa, "The secret of success is Behave as women.Kind and sensitive are more likely to do very well in the business"(2013). Highly sensitive women are different but different in the way that businesses want. They can see many things that

in different ways other people can't. That what makes women exceptional business leaders. Because female are the ones who are bringing people together by using their emotional to relate to others, they can bring harmony in the work environment. Thus, women make employee feel enough to move successfully.Being a high sensitive in workplace is useful that is because business is all about people and sometimes about actual product. If bosses


can't be sensitive about worker feeling, the will not achieve the profits. Women use both not only passion but also logic that can be more effective than depend alone on passion. According to Flynn, “if you feel passion about something, say it proudly and then behave to back your feelings with facts"(2013). Female use their natural gifted and take it easy to make comfort zone in their work place.According to Bill, “small gestures can give big message about who we are, what we interest about, and what people should want to bond with us. It is harder and more substantial to be kind than smart” (2014).Businessesshould have women in high position because their high degree of emotional and many communication skills make women bossesdifferentthanmen.EQmakeswomenunderstand theiremployeeemotionalfastwhichcreateeasywaytomanagework.NotonlyEQcanhelp bosses tomanageworkbutalsoempathycanhelptoo. Also,womencansolvealllevelsofthe workissuesmoreeasilybyusingpassionandlogicwhentheydiscussing. According to Michael, “women can solve more than one problem at one time and they like to solve issues through many activities at a time”. (2012). women usually look at the problem from many sides. That is improving the company's work environment.

Businesses need sensitive bosses because they can see many things in many different

 

ways that other people can't see. Since the feeling is something invisible, women can feel it by their gifted talent. Feeling other employee feeling is the important min in the businesses. Not only women can feel other people feeling but also they can feel about the product and think how they can make the highest rate of it.Women body’s language in one of the most important skills that can affect their business environment and move to success quickly
