Need help to write and Essay that is double spaced, 3pgs, 12 font and using either Thomas Hobbes or John Locke point of view

Using either Thomas Hobbes or John Locke point of view (ideas, beliefs etc), evaluate a contemporary policy or institution from any country in the world.  Is it just?  Why or why not?  How could we change it to make it more just?

Nuts and Bolts:

• Your essay should be 3 pages in length, double-spaced, 12pt Times New Roman font, with standard margins..  Please submit your paper on the course blackboard site.
 • Clearly display which question you are answering on the title page of your paper.

Tips for Writing a Good Paper:

-Outline your answer before you begin writing.  If you don’t know how you’re going to answer the question, don’t start writing yet.

-Don’t make large, windy introductory statements (eg. “the question of democracy has been debated for millennia”).  Start by immediately and clearly asserting your thesis.

-Your paper should start with a thesis and then lead me through your reasoning in a clear, logical manner so as to convince me that you’re right.

-Structure your paper according to the outline you’ve written.  One good way to structure your paper is to think of two or three reasons why you’re right and then devote one paragraph to each reason.

-Be sure you cite from the text in order to support your points, and be sure that you explain the quotations you pull from the text.

-A great paper will conclude not by summarizing the paper, but by indicating the wider significance of the claim you’re defending.

➢ I am mainly looking for a clear, well-argued paper that closely analyzes and assesses the text.  If you find yourself straying from the text and/or not citing the text at all, delete the paragraph and start over.
