Often, websites for major airlines contain news of current special fares and flights. A decision to run a brief "fare special" is an example of a tactical decision. For this exercise choose two airlines and check their websites for recent examples of fare specials. Prepare a business style presentation discussing the types of cost and revenue information that would go into making this type of tactical decision. Your presentation should include visuals that help explain your position. Your presentation can be done in PowerPoint, PowerPoint with voice over presentation, Prezi or Research Paper format with charts and or graphs. If you use Prezi, be sure to send the access link information.
