After reading each of metaphors in Morgan's writings I was easily able to choose organismic organization for the company that I worked for. Organismic organization depends heavily on teamwork and provided incentives to encourage their employees to work and perform to the best of their abilities. 

 

What would be the benefits of the organismic organsation metaphor?
