I need a presentation on powerpoint.
This assignment is aligned with the following course objectives:Making articulate, persuasive, and influential presentations. (MTTS II); Integrating ideas and concepts in order to make judgments based on evidence; Reflecting and evaluating claims and evidence (rather than merely reporting information) (MTTS I)
here is the files will explain everything you need to do. GroupProject(1).docx ,,,,,,, GroupProjectRubric (1).docx
The group project in TSEM 102 is designed to give students the opportunity to collaborate and cooperate with each other to develop and present on a topic relevant to technology in the culture and society. The group project this semester will be presentation on topics that the groups will choose in a lottery.
The each student has been assigned to a group; I wanted each group to have the same number of students, but the total of students in the class did not accommodate this. Therefore, some groups will have more students (by one) than other groups.
This is the format of the presentations:
· Each group will be expected to conduct research on its topic (a task to which ALL members should contribute) – Wikipedia is NOT an acceptable source, but it may point you to other sources that you can use.
· In developing your presentation, you should also include one of the following activities:
o A video (“man on the street”) of interviews that you have conducted with student/others on your topic (there are video cameras available in the Ed Tech center that your group can use) OR
o A survey on people’s attitudes which you can develop and release on Poll Everywhere or Survey Monkey. If you choose to do this option, you will need to collect responses and convert the data to charts/graphs for sharing in your presentation
· Your group will be given 20 minutes to present. You should make your presentation INTERESTING and ENGAGING – not merely “report” on the topic. So, this means in addition to your presentation, you should include multimedia, handouts, other elements to keep your audience interested. I expect that you will use presentation software (PowerPoint, Google presentation, Prezi) as a supplement to your content.
Requirements:
1. You are to prepare a References list in APA format for the sources you use in your presentation.
2. The group will be evaluated according to a rubric and each group member will receive the same grade (X/30 possible points) so you will want to meet and rehearse to make sure things go smoothly on presentation day.
3. On the day of your presentation, each member should be dressed appropriately–NO shorts, halter tops, ripped jeans, hoodies, etc. These types of clothes distract from your presentation.
Here are some web sites to help you plan an interesting presentation:

Word to the Wise: Speakers who read word for word from slides or notecards will receive a significant markdown in grade! This is a college class, not high school, so up your efforts accordingly.
