I have investigated your company for a while, and I must say that I like what I see. I have always wanted to work for a company like yours, with five offices in the Baltimore area and plenty of opportunities for me to advance. From my education to my work experience, I know I would make a good candidate for the concierge position at Log House Hotels.

The job description states that Log House seeks a candidate who is outgoing, polite and positive. Being a first generation American, I know that a positive attitude is an important trait. When my parents came here from Columbia, they job-hopped between several states, and spoke very little English, so I had to rely on my charismatic nature and outgoing personality in each new school to make friends with the other girls my age. I quickly discovered how much I enjoyed seeingmeeting and interacting with new people. My social nature drove me to seek a career in hospitality management, which I did at Morgan State University. I discovered that hospitality is more than just being friendly. It is about problem solving and tending to people’s needs. Even though I still have a lot to learn, I am passionate about hospitality, and I know I will do a great job at Log House.

Some of my credentials include a 4.0 GPA, an athletic scholarship, and an academic scholarship. I worked hard to achieve this and could bring my tenacity to Log House. I know that I will advance quickly in your company and look forward to reaching a level of success worthy of my high standards.
