The persuasive speech is your fourth and final formal presentation. For this assignment, you are expected to influence the audience to change their pattern of thinking or behavior regarding of a topic of your choice. **You are also expected to wear business casual dress attire or your uniform. This is a part of your grade.** You will be graded on the organization of your speech content, the effectiveness of your introduction and conclusion, the relationship between the body of your speech and the purpose of your speech, the counterargument presented and refuted, and your verbal and nonverbal delivery techniques. A reference page (or bibliography) with at least four sources is required. At least 4 oral citations when quoting statistics or making declarative statements are required. Visual aids are also required for this presentation.
