I’m not sure if you saw the attached letter regarding a fine that Chris was charged because TFA is saying that I sent the business on Anthony Su to the vendor before approval of compliance.  No one called the office to ask what happened on our end, they just assumed that since I did it before I would do it again. This case was submitted through Synergy on May 21, 2015 and faxed to Asset Mark on 7/6/2015 and then had to be uploaded through their website on 7/9/2015. Why would I hold the paperwork for that long if I wasn’t waiting for approval and why isn’t the file in the Rejected folder?  I don’t know what happened to the file after I uploaded it and it was approved but with all of the problems we have discovered in Synergy within the past couple of days, Chris and I would like to appeal the fine.
