We’ve discussed a lot about mindsets. Once again, we return to the concept regarding the servant leadership mindset. As Charles Lindbergh said, “It was not the outer grandeur of the Roman but the inner simplicity of the Christian that lived on through the ages.” We discussed Daniel and his humility throughout his 134 year time in Babylon under five kings and two kingdoms. Let us have our quality show as brightly in our circumstances. We are always more effective as communicators and leaders when we demonstrate a respect and interest in our audience.
