Having an audience that has no idea about a statistics, is one of the hardest thing you can meet. Explaining analysis of variance to this kind of an audience, requires someone who is well conversant with statistics and can demonstrate too. One thing that will prefer to use to explain to any person who has no idea about something like analysis of variance is examples. Using examples to explain analysis is one of the best ways to explain it till the audience is brought to some light. The examples to be used in this lesson will be statistical sample tests or sample population (Sundaram, 2016). An example of population can suit the explanation very best as this will be related to the real world and it is easily applicable.

 The other way I can use to explain the analysis of variance is by use of models. The models shows the way the real things do happen and the factors that affects them. An example when two groups of students being taught by different teachers, definitely the students will perform differently. The fact that these groups are being taught by different teachers, shows that the models will have different views on the issue being taught. The model here being the students and the factor being different teachers. The results will be use to explain what the analysis of variance is.The other method that I can use to explain the analysis of variance to an audience that has never been to a statistics class before will be use of randomization. This technique will help to reveal to the audience what hypothesis that is used in experiment is. Through this, the audience will be able to understand the analysis of variance and what it contains (Owolabi, 2014).
