Danger is always a possibility in police wor

Am wrote, If a highly stressful situation happens, the responsibilities should be divided up before, rather than at the last minute and no one knows what their job is

Thanks for responding, I hope I am on the right track with this one.

Danger is always a possibility in police work, even though police work is not the most dangerous occupation. Does a individual running from you have a gun? “The potential to become “The victim of a violent encounter, the need for backup from other officers, and the legiti-mate use of violence to accomplish the police mandate all contribute to a subculture that stresses bravery, which is ultimately related to the perceived and actual dangers of policing” (Gaines, Kappeler, & Vaughn, 2008, p. 327).

Not sure on how to finish, the question is in bold Thanks
