What is the EOM Redemption for August?

Dear Support,

When I log in to and open the investor account, John Smith Class A, in period of August 2014, I am seeing a return of 0.32%. However, when I run monthly return the calculation on my own I think it should be 10.33%. It's urgent that the correct return, since I cannot report on the period with the account in this state.
