The sides of the polygon are as follows, listed here in clockwise order from the top: side that rises from left to right; side that falls from right to left, side the rises from right to left, vertical side. The top side of the polygon is divided into two parts with the following lengths: to the left of the point of tangency, 7 centimeters; to the right of the point of tangency, 18 centimeters. The bottom side of the polygon is divided into two parts with the following lengths: above and to the left of the point of tangency, 5 centimeters; below and to the right of the point of tangency, 6 centimeters.
