Arthur Attorney represents Paul Plaintiff

Arthur Attorney represents Paul Plaintiff in connection with an eviction action (removing a tenant from a rental unit). Paul is the landlord. During testimony, the tenant testifies that he told Paul that the heat did not work in the winter and that's why he, the tenant, did not pay the rent. During closing arguments Arthur says, "I have known Paul to personally for many years, since he first came to town to build housing for the poor. He is a good and honest man." Assuming what Arthur said about Paul is true, has Arthur breached any ethical duty in so speaking? Explain
