3D Dimensions Pty Ltd

3D Dimensions Pty Ltd employs technology officers who design products that client develop for their own particular use. One of the storage designs they produced last year was purchased by a government agency who developed it further and then used it to store aged paper documents. The storage facility failed to hold the documents securely and they have reacted with cleaning fluids used nearby, causing a fire and seriously injuring two of the employees.
