There are two parts to the paper,

There are two parts to the paper, but you should write the paper as a single coherent essay. You may use headings to guide the reader.

Part 1)     Explain how a lawyer's understanding of their role might be reflected in their interview style, describing the link between legal ethics theory and client interview skills. 40 marks

Part 2)     Reflecting on your own client interview skills, identify which skill/s you most need to develop and explain specifically what you need to do in order to improve. 30 marks

There are an additional 20 marks that are derived from your use of plain English and 10 marks for your referencing technique.

Please use a font of at least size 12 and line spacing of at least 1.5.  The word limit is 1,500 words. Anything above the word limit will not be marked. 

You may use first person while writing the essay.
