How to get started with this code (Part B of attachment)

What I know and have started is that I have to define the persons name, length of employement, how many sales they've made this month, and how many vacation days they've take. I've gotten that far. Im stuck on the rest. What I do know about the rest, is that there will be alot of if and functions
