Cherry is an African woman

Cherry is an African woman who owns and operates a hair styling salon in a predominantly African American neighborhood. Amy, a white woman who is otherwise qualified, applies for and is denied a job by cherry. Cherry reason is that she believes her clientele would not accept nor request Amy to do their hair. cherry has 20 full time employees.
