Assume I am employed as a general counsel and secretary, my company ask me to research something and write the essay base on the case in the link: http://www.educationviews.org/private-training-provider-careers-australia-pay-44m-government/

I will be asked to prepar a paper for the my boss which briefs them on this case.

The content should be include:  What happen in this case, how these action in the articles in breach of law,  identify the law which have been breached, refere the  Australian Competition and Consumer Commission's power (Links:https://www.accc.gov.au/media-release/careers-australia-undertakes-to-repay-commonwealth-for-vet-fee-help-diploma-courses )for the case analysis included explain what a court enforceable undertaking is and what thealternaltive might have been (the point that i feel very confused), talk about any implication and how Career Australia run the business.

As a case law business country, I need to refer, where applicable in the case study, legislation and some journal article (http://www.austlii.edu.au ) to support my opinion.
