Seeing a car hitting a pedestrian.

Hello,

I would be extremely grateful if someone can help me with this, I am having a hard time figuring out the evidence part of it and the hearsay is kind of confusing.

Please determine what types of evidence the following may be, and if hearsay, please explain if there may be an exception to the hearsay rule:

1. Seeing a car hitting a pedestrian.

2. A certified birth certificate.

3. An affidavit.

4. A man holding a book of matches at the scene of a fire.

5. A person who is dead, a smoking gun on the floor, and a person standing over the deceased.

6. A receipt for prescription drugs.

7. "James just said that he killed Samantha!"

8. A witness who saw that a child had a compound fracture of his leg.

9. A diary.

10. An imprint of teeth marks on a person's arm.
