, Paris Hilton was flying to LA for a photo shoot

In a flight out of New York, Paris Hilton was flying to LA for a photo shoot and launching a new line of "That's Hot" dog collars. She was booked for first class but when she arrived at the airport, all they had was coach. Although she likes Coach bags, she didn't enjoy coach seating. The airline refunded the difference in price between first class and coach, offered her an apology, but did nothing more to accommodate her. After demanding a privately chartered jet three times, the agent finally responded, "I don't know when you're going to get it through your think head, we're not going to charter you a jet. Do you think you are the first person to try this?" So Paris took the coach flight. It made it into the Enquirer, "Paris on hard times?! Paris flies coach to launch her "That's Hot" collars as a last ditch effort." Paris sued the airline for giving her coach. The airline responded, the Tariff permits the airline not to guarantee assigned space within the aircraft. The airline will likely prevail in court.
