Scenario If company A won a tender

Scenario 

If company A won a tender that was put up by company B. The manager of company B employs a child of legal age but asks company A  officials to supervise the child. The supervisor of company A delegates that responsibility to a senior stuff but due to the negligence of the said senior stuff they both(child & senior stuff) gets sick within the course of work because of the work environment and not following OHS regulations. Does the senior stuff have a course of action? 
And is the senior stuff responsible for the child's sickness?
