Jim,was having a drink in the bar with his brother Kean. Jim is 17 years,2 years younger than Kim. After three bottles of beer,Kean introduced a discussion on the issue of Jim enrolling into college to study a business course. In fact,Kean told his brother to stop his part time job and apply to the nearest college. Jim did exactly that and was offered the chance. He borrowed some money from his friends to buy books and other learning materials. After two weeks,  Jim went to Kean to ask him to pay for him the fee as he had promised. Kean denied having made such a thing. Jim wants to sue Kean for damages. Advise Jim on the legal positions
