Buildtech limited is a building company

Buildtech limited is a building company situated in the light industrial area of Lusaka. Buildtech sub-contracted the plumbing on a number of flats it was building to mr clement Chendende for k 20,000.00, mr chendende had under quoted for the work and later ran into financial difficulties. Due to the fact that there was a delay clause in buildtech's building . meaning the company would have to pay money to the client if the flats were not built on time, the company promised to pay mr chendende another k 10,000.00 if he would complete the plumbing on time. Mr chendende completed the work on time but buildtech repudiated to pay him the extra money,

 

Question:: Advice mr chendende the legal action he may take against Buildtech, raise you argument clearly.
