Assume your boss has asked you to find  a  case regarding legal malpractice for the preparation of a will or other estate planning device, administration of a trust or estate, or some other matter involving the general topic of estate planning and to prepare a memo regarding that case. The case does not have to be a Texas case.

Please prepare a brief  memorandum (1-2 pages) stating the facts, the issue or issues, the arguments and the court's analysis and the final holding and reasoning therefore.

Be prepared to read to the class.
