a discussion on feminist therapy

After watching this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-gqC07_yOh4) explain why it could help facilitate a discussion on feminist therapy. I do not process feminist theory and therapy very well and need some guidance on where to start for a discussion due later this week. I am stuck on how feminist therapy can actually help, or hurt, those in need. I understand that feminism is about equality between men and women, but in all the definitions of feminist therapy I have found, I do not believe it could potentially help certain patients.
