hello, I have a case need to brief.

The format that I request the case briefs to be in is the following; 
1. Case name 
2. Facts 
3. Procedural History 
4. Legal Issue 
5. Holding 
6. Reasoning 
7. Conclusion (covering the legal impact of the case, its importance on subsequent jurisprudence) 
Write the brief in your OWN words, do not copy summaries found on the internet or plagiarize. If you have a need to quote something in the brief, please cite it in a continuous manner. The maximum number of pages of the brief is limited to up to 2 pages. Furthermore, leave the margins by default, and set the spacing to 1.15. Do not write the case brief in a numerical fashion, or as an essay. When it comes to the context and structure, refrain from using words in sentences such as: "I think that the case was very important, because..." You should write it from a neutral and objective perspective.
