First, explain the purpose and scope of the Robinson-Patman Act. What factors would a court use in deciding whether a violation has taken place?

Second, do you agree or disagree that anti-trust laws are needed? For example, what is wrong with having a dominant retailer like Walmart. With such a large retailer it means more choices for consumers.
