Ms Azimah is the newly assigned Health and Safety (H & S) manager for a regional manufacturing production. During the first few weeks of her job, she noticed that the factory operates 24 hours a day in non-stop rotation work shifts. She also noticed that there is substantial employee absenteeism, reportedly due to stress and fatigue-related incidents.
