I have several scenarios to respond to that are similar to the one below. I would like some assistance in responding to the one below to help me get a better idea of how to go about responding to the other nine scenarios. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Prior to a representation election, Edward polled his employees about whether they wished to be represented by a union. He told them he couldn't believe that they wanted a union, and he just wanted to assure himself that he was right. He told them it was their free choice, but he did not think they were stupid enough to make a choice to be represented by a union. He told them they could just write their choice on a piece of paper and put it in the suggestion box where he got a lot of stupid advice about how to run the business. When the union loses the election, it files an objection to the election on the basis that Edward's poll of the employees destroyed the laboratory conditions which the Board seeks to maintain for representation elections. You are the Regional Director. What is your decision? Explain your decision.Â
