Working through a large scale workforce reduction is always a challenging

The company you work for has hit hard financial times and will be forced to close its doors by the end of the month if extreme measures are not undertaken. The company employs over 200 people. You are the head of Human Resources for the company and you have just been advised by the CEO that you have got to eliminate over 100 positions by the end of the week. How do you propose you will d this?
